Kim Tucker has been investing in Real Estate since early 2000 along with her husband Donald Tucker and son Scott Tucker at KCInvest where they currently wholesale houses and lend money.

Over the past 15 years they have bought and sold over 100s house personally and assisted in 100s of transactions as a consultant.  Activities over the years have included many, many Broker Price Opinions, REO Purchases, Retail Rehab Flips, Rental Property, Wholesales, Private Lending, Seller Financing, Defaulted Note Work Outs and Self Directed IRA Transactions.

Kim's role in all of this has been as Realtor and deal evaluation expert as well as Marketing Manager.  

The Tucker's have partnered with many different real estate professionals to acquire assets for investment in the Kansas City Market and across the country.
