How to Wholesale When You Can’t Assign the Contract

There are already laws on the books in several cities and states that say that you can't assign contracts UNLESS...you have a real estate license, or some special license issues by the city, or something else that makes your life difficult.

And like it or not, these laws are spreading like wildfire.

None of this is going to stop experienced wholesalers from helping distressed sellers and creating great deals for buyers, though, because there are a number of ways to do wholesale deals WITHOUT "assigning the contract".

Vena Jones-Cox will explain what these alternatives are, how they work, and what you'll need to have in place to make them into "systems".

Understanding 1031 Exchanges with Scott Ellsworth, CPA

One of the biggest, least understood tax advantages in real estate is the 1031 Tax-Deferred Exchange.

Big, as in you can sell an investment property for ANY amount of profit, and not pay taxes on that profit—if you handle the money right, and use it to buy more properties.

It’s time to get a training on how this works into the Express Success online library, so we’ll learn how they work from CPA Scott Ellsworth. He’ll share everything you need to know, including:

· WHICH properties you can 1031 exchange
· How many properties, and of what kind, you can buy with the money
