The Advanced Management Techniques Seminar is a FREE 8-hour seminar that is the initial step in becoming certified in the Crime Free Multi-Housing Program. Breakfast, lunch, and resource material are provided at no cost as well.

The agenda consists of 8 blocks of instruction. Listed below are the topics and who will instruct.

  • -Screening (Attorney at Law)
  • -Leases (Attorney at Law)
  • -Evictions (Attorney at Law)
  • -Standard Drug Identification (Police Officer)
  • - Synthetic Drug Identification(Police Officer)
  • -Crime Prevention (Police Officer)
  • -The Role of the Police on your Property (Police Officer)


A large part of the success of the FREE  Advanced Management Techniques Seminar is because lunch and breakfast for the day are provided at no cost to the attendees. We can provide this service because of sponsors. Sponsors will be given 15 minutes to tell the audience about their company and/or products and a link on this website as long as the class being sponsored is posted below.
