July Guest Speaker Damon Remy shares in the video above that one of the main reasons most of us turn to real estate investing is so we can get more freedom.  But for many rather than creating a business that works for us, we just create a new job for ourselves.  He is going to be joining us on Tuesday, July 14th to share some of his Top Systems for Marketing and Follow Up that any investor can put into place to create the deal flow they need and to get back the time freedom they want.

6:00 Break Out Networking Sessions:  From 6 to about 6:30 we will be breaking up into groups of about 2 to 3 people for short 5 minute speed networking sessions.  Our goal is to have all three people in the group share who they are what they do, need or have to offer and to share the best way to reach them either a simple phone number, simple email address or a simple website (pick one)

6:30 Case Studies:  We are looking forward to learning from real estate investor Dan Krupa on how a recent deal worked for him.

6:45  Haves & Wants:  In this short session we open up the Chat to members to share what they have to offer in the way of real estate deals that need buyers, sellers, funding, contractors - If you have a deal to offer or a deal you need help with, this is a great time to share (sort of like bringing a flyer to the meeting) in the chat and as time permits we will call on members to turn on their microphone and share.

7:00 Industry Provider Updates as always we have some great sponsors at our meetings and while they can't quite join us and host a vendor table as we do in a live session, they will be joining us to share their latest offerings.

7:15 Market Update:  Each month we invite one of our valued members to share their thoughts and experience with the current real estate market.
