MAREI Virtual Live: Is AirBNB still Legal?

with... Al Williamson

As local regulations on Short-Term Rentals and Airbnbs continue to shift, staying ahead is key. Join us to find out why you there is opportunity in all those ordinances.

Wednesday, November 29, 2023 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

As Kansas City, Shawnee and others across the metro consider changing old laws and creating new ones to limit the growth of Airbnb’s, should we just throw in the towel?  Is there still hope?

Al Williamson is a professional engineer and a full time landlord.  He has written several books on real estate investing and he has turned to corporate rentals and extended stays as a way to stay short term without breaking any of the ever-changing laws.

He will be joining us at MAREI in February in person, but he is joining us on the MAREI Virtual Live to give us some alternatives to consider as the city and county governments across the country are changing the rules rapidly.

Be sure to register (It’s free, really) and join us live at Noon on the 29th so you can ask questions.  If you just can’t break away at noon, don’t worry, we have you covered, we will email the replay out after.

So click on the register now, and reserve your seat or replay access.
