As an active-duty Marine for 13 years, David Pere started with a simple Duplex House hack and went from Military to Millionaire in his first 5 years with over 100+ rental units. Now he spends his time helping service members, veterans, and their families learn how to build wealth through real estate investing entrepreneurship, and personal finance. He even wrote a book “How to Build Wealth, Get Promoted, and Achieve Greatness – The No B.S. Guide to Military Life.

Through it all David has shared his knowledge with others through his book, website, social media, and guest speaking. This sharing of his knowledge has helped him grow his network and that network has helped him climb to the top. This “sharing knowledge” to get what you need: deals, funding, and help is a theme we keep seeing over and over with successful entrepreneurs.
