What is "Creative Deal Structuring?
Bill Cook, a past speaker at MAREI shares that the easiest ay to tell you what creative deal structuring is, is to tell you what it's NOT. It's not finding a house to buy at 70% of ARV and then going to an institutional lender to get a traditional mortgage. That said, about everything else is creative deal structuring.

Luther Wilson III is our first guest of the evening. As a local real estate professional, Luther specializes in investment property acquisitions & operations. Over 10 years of investment experience ranging from leasing, sales, property management & renovation oversight. His companies focus primarily on single-family home acquisitions and property services in the Kansas City market. Tanur Badgley is hopefully our second guest of the evening. Tanur is a Christian, husband and Entrepreneur, co-founder of a Real Estate Startup in Kansas City. His company started out Wholesaling about 75 deals. Then started getting creative and doing their own deals that alleviate property owners from distressed situations and provide investment opportunities that benefit individuals and revitalize communities.
