We are going to hear from one of the biggest investors in our area. JD Asbell and his wife starting buying houses about 25 years ago in DeSoto. Come hear his story about how he got started, and how he got to where he is now. JD has a family business that owns and manages over 350 houses in the Kansas City area. I've heard his story many times, and he loves to share why buy and hold investing is the absolute best way to build wealth. You will learn about his 4 edged sword and The 5 Big Things. You will definitely go home with something of value. 

Also, we will hear from Don Carter, a structural/foundational engineer. 

Due to a modified schedule at Matt Ross we are going to meet at a different time than normal. We will meet at 6pm and be done by 8pm this month. We will still be meeting in the Cottonwood room through the front doors and straight to the back.
