How Foreclosure and REO Auctions Work -- from Auction.com

Come to learn about buying foreclosures and bank-owned properties. Hear from auction staff, a private money lender, and even a foreclosure attorney.

Check-in at the restaurant at 12:30p - on the corner of Kansas and Main street. Address: 120 S. Main St, Independence, MO 64050.

Walk 3 blocks over to observe the 1p foreclosure sale at the courthouse. Then walk back for the class from 1:30-3pm. Courthouse Address: 308 W. Kansas Ave, Independence, MO 64050

Put your learning into action! New investors and realtors welcome!! Make connections with other investors, learn about private/hard money options for buying REO's, and ask all your pressing questions so you can get in the game! All details taught in the class apply to any properties listed anywhere with Auction.com - foreclosures all across the state of Missouri and any REO's all across the USA.

This is a monthly, repeat meeting - hosted the first Thursday of every month! We will focus on funding for rehab projects during the September meeting and then October will be digging deeper into Bank Owned properties sold online. November will have more discussion about networking with other rehabbers and then December will focus on goal setting for the new year!

**Free event but registration is required due to space limits.**

Parking is free in the lots to the South of the buildings and along the street.
