Class hosted at the Top Hat Winery restaurant - on the corner of Kansas and Main street. Address: 120 S. Main St, Independence, MO 64050.

This event is for every investor type! We will go over finding investment properties as well as types of funding needed....and how to help you meet your investing goals! We will role-play foreclosure auctions, review bidding for online REO auctions, as well as go over the legal process of how properties get to these distressed statues.

New investors and realtors welcome!! Experienced investors looking for more properties welcome!

Make connections with other investors, learn about private/hard money options for buying REO's, and ask all your pressing questions so you can get in the game! All details taught in the class apply to any properties listed anywhere with Auction.com - foreclosures all across the state of Missouri and any REO's all across the USA.

This is a special evening-only event. We do host a monthly week-day/daytime meeting but this event is for those who can't make the other class time.

**Free event but registration is required due to space limits.**

Parking is free in the lots to the South of the buildings and along the street.
