What is the first step to getting started in Residential Assisted Living?

As with anything, learn as much as you can before you dive in.  Learn from the mistakes of others.

Make sure you learn the to 10 keys:

  1. Location
  2. One Story
  3. 3000 Plus Square Feet
  4. 3 or More Bathrooms
  5. No HOA if possible.
  6. Easy to Find
  7. Open Floor Plan
  8. Wide Hallways
  9. Off Street Parking for 4 or more cars
  10. On City Water
