Todd has a really impressive resume; he was a licensed agent who became a custom homebuilder who starting holding rentals—including building them--over 30 years ago.

He’s been a member and mentor for the Georgia Real Estate Investors Association (GAREIA), and group leader for its Gainesville chapter since its inception.

It’s through all this experience that he’s become an expert in land trusts; he discovered the privacy and other benefits studying under the great Dyches Boddiford and many others, and has been using them for decades.
