Randy Hughes ("Mr. Land Trust")
Randy Hughes is a seasoned real estate investor, author, and educator widely recognized as the nation's leading expert on land trusts and asset protection. After growing up in financial hardship, Randy resolved to break the cycle of poverty and purchased his first rental property in 1969 while attending Eastern Illinois University. Over his career, he has successfully purchased and managed more than 200 single-family homes.
Driven by a passion to help others achieve financial security, Randy founded the Land Trust University and created the popular Land Trusts Made Simple® home study courses and seminars. He has spent over 25 years as a licensed Continuing Education Instructor for Illinois REALTORS® and frequently teaches legal professionals through LawPracticeCLE.
