We have partnered with many different real estate professionals to acquire assets for investment. Including working with local investors who want to partner with a more experienced investor and providing short term transactional funding and rehab loans.

As founders of Mid-America Association of Real Estate Investors our vast wealth of knowledge and network of local professionals is shared with students and fellow investors to help them succeed in the market.

The opportunities for growth in the Kansas City market and across the nation is great. We see that many new investors are entering the real estate market seeking to place their cash funds as they pull them out of the very risky stock market.

We have never seen the opportunity for growth as we see today. With the lenders sitting on non-performing notes that they are not moving on as well as bank owned properties that are not being currently marketed added with people getting fed up with the stock market and their is a great mix of ingredients to create a vast amount of new wealth.
