Mid-America Association of Real Estate Investors, LLC (hereafter "Association") is a Chapter Member of National REIA.

Association does not render legal, tax, economic or investment advice. All programs are provided with the understanding that Association is not engaged in rendering legal, tax, or other professional services. If legal, tax or other expert assistance is required, the services of a competent professional should be sought.

Please note that billing will automatically renew at the rate defined above when your quarterly or annual membership is up for renewal. Should you decide to cancel your membership, you can do so at anytime via email to info@MAREI.org. Thirty (30) Day notice is required to cancel membership after the one (1) year commitment. Membership Fees are Non Refundable.

Members agree to comply with the Code of Ethics as described in detail on our website. Applying for membership online constitutes your permission for Association to contact you regarding related information via email, fax, phone, and automated voice & text broadcast dialers.

By your attendance at Association events, you are granting your permission to be filmed, videotaped, audiotaped or photographed by any means and are granting full use of your likeness, voice and words without compensation. The above Applicant, in consideration for his/her acceptance as member of the Association, hereby releases, discharges and agrees to indemnify the Association, its officers, directors, members, employees, agents, and/or contactors from any liabilities now accrued, or which may hereafter accrue, from their actions, inactions, or communications made by the Association and/or officers, directors, members, employees, agents, and/or contactors in or through their respective capacities with the Association. By applying for membership, the applicant hereby acknowledges and agrees that he/she has carefully read and fully understands the above Terms of Sale, Disclaimer and Release.

Product Return Policy

We offer a 3 day money-back guarantee on all books, CDs and home-study products, less a 10% restocking &handling fee. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON SHIPPING, SOFTWARE OR LEGAL FORMS (including forms CDs included in a home study package).

Any request for a return must be made IN WRITING three (3) calendar days from purchase.
Before returning a product the customer must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) issued by calling 913-815-0111 between the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm CST Monday through Thursday, holidays excluded.
All returns must display the RMA on the outside of the returned package. All returns must include the actual product in resalable condition with the forms CD seal unbroken. All packages must be sent back Return Receipt through the U.S. postal system or signature required through a recognized carrier (i.e. FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) within TEN (10) DAYS of the issuance of an RMA. Association is not responsible, and will not issue a credit for any returned package lost in shipping and/or not received with 10 calendar days of the issued RMA. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs in returning the product. It is your responsibility to package the product well to avoid damage during shipping.
The refund on an authorized return will be issued within 7 business days of receipt of the authorized returned product. No refund will be issued, regardless of receipt, on any unauthorized return.

Event & Seminar Ticket & Refund Policy

Event or Seminar refunds must be requested in writing by email or facsimile. No Refunds for "No shows" or cancellations less than seven (7) days before the event. Tickets are non-transferable. Audio or video taping of the event is not permitted.
