How the Morning Works
In-person starts at 8:30 AM at Waldo Cafe. Order breakfast — and grab one of the free colossal cinnamon rolls that show up every week. The networking hour runs from 8:30 to 9:30 and this is where a lot of the real conversation happens.
At 9:30 the meeting moves online and opens to virtual attendees on Zoom. The structured portion covers announcements, a current real estate market update, and then the group digs into a real question, a live deal challenge, or a topic the room wants to tackle. The discussion is led by experienced investors who have worked through multiple market cycles in Kansas City.
