•How to finance deals when you have money and credit, including hard money, DSCR loans, and conventional financing.
•How to finance and control properties WITHOUT your own cash and credit, using subject-to, owner financing, and master leases.
•How to negotiate more effectively and uncover what a seller really needs.
•How to avoid the costly mistakes new investors make over and over again.
•How to get the help you need to do your first deals without paying a fortune for it.
The goal isn’t to bury you in 100 clever techniques. It’s to give you a foundation: how to look at a property, ask the right questions, figure out the numbers, choose the right strategy, find the financing—and recognize when something that looks like a “deal” really ISN’T one.
