Who is Vena?

As one of her recent articles explains, she is NOT a Landlord.  However, she does find about 5 keeper properties a year - all in Ohio - that allows her to lease/option, rent, and land contract properties. At the same time, she wholesales houses, averaging 1 about every 10 days or so.  And she also owns a real estate association in Ohio, advises on several other groups including the State association in Ohio.  And from time to time she finds time to teach others how to do it too.
