MAREI Monthly Meeting: The Short Sale is Back . . .

with... David Randolph

Foreclosures are rising. Many properties have little to no equity. And owners don't have that fast appreciating market to save them. Professionals (Realtors & Investors) who understand Short Sales will be better positioned to profit.

Homeowners who bought when the market peaked at over list are now finding themselves stuck.  They paid too much, they have paid down very little on their loans, and those facing financial difficulty and need to sell . . . can't.

They owe too much for a traditional retail sale.  The Subject is no longer the go to  . . . especially if the homeowner used FHA financing.

So now . . . it's time to dig into our toolbox and brush off the Short Sale . . . except while the rules are basically the same, the process is way different than it was back when they were all the rage during the great recession.

To help members understand what a short sale is, how they work and how they can profit, we have invited David Randolph to join us in February.

David started doing short sales during the great foreclosure cycle and never stopped as the market improved.  He stayed active in the space — negotiating directly with homeowners and lenders earning $50,000, $100,000 and even $150,000 on some deals.

Join us to see how short sales function and where they can fit into your process:

  • What a Short Sale really is (and common myths)
  • Why the current market creates opportunity with Short Sales
  • Who this Short Sale training is (and is not) for
  • Why homeowners and banks agree to Short Sales
  • David's Short Sale profit model and real case study examples
  • Execution details that make or break Short Sale deals

This meeting is will give you a good understanding of how short sales can fit into your overall investing strategy.

Members and first-time guests are free; returning guests pay $35 (which is silly since you can join for an entire month for just $25 HERE, and take advantage of ALL of the great meetings and networking opportunities, plus dig into our packed member library for 30 whole days).
