There is no doubt that Kansas City Metro Short-Term Rentals are profitable.  And with all of our local industry, winning sports teams, Swift sightings, and the World Cup coming, they will continue to be strong.  Except our friends and neighbors and local city councils are not quite on board with Short Term Rentals.  

Perhaps you already have a furnished short-term rental that you can't quite get licensed or perhaps you want the higher income of the short-term rental, but don't the revolving door of new renters every few days.  There is another option and that is Mid-Term Rentals.  

To bring us up to speed on Mid-Term we have invited Al Williamson, a Mid-Term Rental Owner, to join us to tell us how it all works and better yet, how to do it using none of your own money.
