About the Instructor

Jeff Watson is a real estate attorney and investor with over 30 years of experience. Much of his career has been spent helping investors recover from deals that went wrong due to poor structure and unrealistic assumptions.

Today, his focus is on teaching investors how predictable income is built safely using mortgage notes—prioritizing margin, structure, and long-term sustainability.
