Our speaker this month is Mike McNicoll from Landmark National Bank. Mike is a home loan specialist in 1-4 unit properties. He will be discussing investment property financing now and in the future. Highlighted topics include the recent history of interest rates and where we are headed, down payment options and opportunities and renovation loans. 2020 is Mike’s 5th year as a mortgage loan officer at Landmark. Prior to 2016 he was self-employed for 26 years in restaurants and home building. He has significant experience with self-employed borrowers and complex financials.
