The New SOI Law in Kansas City Missouri takes effect soon. If you own or manage rental property in Kansas City Missouri you need to attend this event to make sure you follow the rules and stay out of hot water or worse.

KCMO Housing Providers & Realtors: Join us to learn more about the new, restrictive KCMO Source of Income Ordinance & how to protect yourself from a discrimination case, a $1,000 fine, loss of rental permit and jail time going into effect on August 1, 2024.

We'll be at the Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS office at 11150 Overbrook Rd., Suite #100, Leawood, KS. 

 Each guest must be registered. If the classroom reaches capacity, you will be sent a Zoom link to join us virtually.
