Every Tuesday at 11:30, a room of 20 to 30 active Kansas City real estate investors pulls up a chair at the ACC Business Club in Overland Park.
These are people doing deals. Flippers, landlords, lenders, and the service providers who keep their businesses running. They show up every week because the conversations in this room are worth more than most courses you could buy.
The format is straightforward. The group opens with introductions so everyone knows who is in the room and what they are working on. Most weeks a speaker opens a topic and takes questions from the group.
