Also in attendance are a foreclosure expert from a partnered lawfirm, a realtor who specializes in distressed property buying, and a hard money lender that offers creative financing. Come with questions!
Afterwards, we will walk over to the Independence courthouse (Jackson County) to observe a foreclosure sale and put what we just learned into action!Open to anyone at any learning level.....just make sure you enjoy hanging out with me for that long.
